I’m sure you’ve heard that high definition is the future of all video formats, whether it be a major Hollywood movie or television. That’s also supposed to be the case for pornography, but it’s hard to believe the hype until you’ve seen an HD video with your own eyes. At Ebony Addiction they’re giving interracial and ebony sex lovers a chance to do just that by producing new content every week for your consumption.

They’re offering a good look at the most recent updates on the tour. You can check out hot trailers from a few scenes and you can check out high quality pictures from those same updates. There are descriptions to set the scene as well. I’ve found that the tour is great for checking out what kind of ladies you’re going to see as a member and I’ve found that they have a knack for hiring beauties at Ebony Addiction. Not only is the video top notch but the women are as well!

Just as the tour was impeccably designed the member’s area is as well. The latest update is at the top of the page with links to the various content sections and a description of the action. The six most recent additions are listed below that and a little further down you’ll see other videos from the network of HD sites that comes free with your membership. There have been 37 updates at Ebony Addiction and they add something new every 10 days. On the surface that sounds terrific but it’s not as rosy a picture as you might imagine.

Each episode is broken into at least two parts and some are broken into three. Each part is uploaded as a separate update, meaning it can take a month for a full scene to be added. Thus you have 37 updates but only 16 full scenes to download, which is disappointing. The content looks great, but that amounts to roughly 8 hours of HD goodies, which will last a porn lover less than a month. Is that enough to warrant the $30 a month price? I don’t begrudge them for updating every 10 days even though most sites update weekly. I do begrudge them for screwing their customers over by not being willing to shoot more original content, which would cost them more money.

Speaking of that content, it’s pretty great and it’s divided into two basic categories. When the site was first launched it was almost exclusively black chicks fucking white guys, with one scene featuring two black participants. Now it’s all white chicks fucking black guys. I don’t know the cause of the change but I would speculate that someone told them they’d make more money by simply turning it into an interracial site in the typical mold.

Each scene comes with a high resolution photo gallery that’s awfully pretty. The pics are taken separately from the video, although the progression of the scene is the same. There are three video formats offered. They have a QuickTime and a standard definition WMV for those of you that are on a slower broadband connection or simply don’t want to wait for the high definition video to download. If you have patience I would recommend the HD clips because they’re beautiful. They’re not the best HD videos I’ve ever seen, but that’s fitting with the general feel of cost cutting I get from Ebony Addiction.

They’ve smartly included 11 high definition bonus sites with your membership. Each site offers roughly the same number of scenes (15-20) and the design and implementation are the same across the board. The beauty of the network is that 12 different niches are explored. Included in that list are Asians, solo babes, teen sex, solo teens, lesbians, sex toys and shemales.

Conclusion

Ebony Addiction is good but not great. They have the right idea with the high definition videos but they update so infrequently that they’re never going to be an elite site. At this rate they’ll at 15-20 new scenes a year and it will take half a decade for them to be truly competitive in this arena. It helps that you get access to an entire network of HD sites, but if you’re only interested in ebony content that’s not going to do anything for you. I suggest looking at the bonus sites; if they interest you then it’s money well spent.
